Conditions Of Sale / Purchase AgreementPurchaser shall pay the sum of ______________dollars for each puppy. Sellers acknowledge receipt of half the purchase price as a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment. This will be applied towards the purchase price of the puppy. The remaining balance of____________ is due before pup will be shipped or picked up by purchaser. Shipping arrangements will not be made until payment is made in full . Seller agrees to provide to Purchaser all necessary AKC registration and ownership papers for the puppy within 30 days of purchase. Seller agrees that at time of purchase the pup will have received its first combination shot and will provide complete shot record. Seller agrees to provide a 5 day health warranty as follows : The PURCHASER has until _______________ to have the pup checked by a licensed veterinarian . If any problem is found resulting from natural causes, the PURCHASER needs to provide a written opinion from the veterinarian, explaining the claimed health problem. The written opinion along with the pup purchased and all AKC registration papers shall be returned to the Seller within 7 days of purchase. Seller agrees to provide a replacement pup of the same sex and breed from the next available litter, NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Seller WILL NOT pay any vet fees for examination , drugs, x-rays or any other treatment in regards to diagnosis by the vet as noted above. Seller assumes no responsibility for the pup after leaving the premises: medical expense, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy to animal, disagreement of family or any other reason except conditions stated above. Seller DOES NOT guarantee that the Purchaser will be able to show or breed the pup or that the pup will be any particular size or color at maturity. It is understood by Purchaser that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to said puppy except as put forth in writing in this agreement.
